across a wide network of homes and support services.
They needed a partner to help strengthen health & safety culture, ensure compliance with
legislation and regulation and embed consistent ways of working across the organisation.
The focus was on building practical, proportionate systems that would support colleagues in
delivering safe, high-quality care every day.
I worked closely with the central team and care home managers to strengthen health & safety
leadership and embed best practice across the network.
Policies, risk assessments and operational procedures were reviewed and improved to ensure
they were practical, easy to use and aligned to legal requirements.
Training and guidance were delivered to build confidence and capability, while regular
inspections and reviews ensured standards were maintained.
The organisation now benefits from stronger compliance, improved safety performance
and a positive health & safety culture that supports colleagues and protects residents.
