Nicky is the Founder and Principal Consultant of accuSafe, bringing more than 28 years’ experience across a wide range of sectors, from growing businesses to complex, high-risk organisations. With an LLB (Hons), multiple NEBOSH qualifications and extensive experience in senior health and safety leadership roles, she combines legal understanding with hands-on operational experience.
Having sat on the leadership side of the table herself, she understands the challenge of balancing compliance, commercial pressures and the realities of running an organisation.

Emma brings more than 30 years of health and safety experience, largely gained in the real world rather than behind a desk. Her career began on the frontline in engineering, working in demanding environments that included everything from climbing telegraph poles to high-risk infrastructure. That experience has stayed with her and means she understands the difference between how health and safety looks on paper and how work actually gets done.
A professional member of IOSH, experienced trainer and qualified business coach, Emma now works with clients from operational teams to senior leaders and directors. Her style is practical, engaging and down to earth, helping people understand not just what they need to do, but how to make it work in their own workplace – building confidence, stronger leadership and safety practices that actually stick.
